A victim of selfishness
Cristian, the little brown goat
Santeria Cubana is one of the great religions of Cuba. In Spain there is no problem with those who worship this religion, except for one detail: sacrifices. Being an illegal practice, there are places that perform clandestine rituals with animal sacrifices such as pigeons, chickens and quails. One day, the National Police dismantled a place in Madrid where one of these rituals was taking place. Although there were already slaughtered chickens in the room, they arrived just in time to save Cristian, the goat. He was full of wounds, malnourished and dehydrated; he was just a baby. Now he has grown up and has overcome that trauma. She lives very happily at the Sanctuary.
